Trading conditions

1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of the online store Woto wooden toys and defines the rights and obligations of the Seller - the company EuroAsia Trading & Consulting s.r.o., Stary Jicin, Vlčnov 109, ZIP 74231, ID 28622588, and Buyers. The buyer confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions and complaints procedure and agrees with them. Relation between the Buyer and the Seller is the subject of these terms and conditions which are binding for both parties.

2. The subject of the purchase agreement
The subject of the purchase agreement are the goods specified in Buyer's order. Seller agrees to deliver the goods to the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to accept the goods and pay the agreed price.

3. Ordering goods and the purchase contract
All orders made through the online store Woto wooden toys are binding for both parties. The Buyer is obliged to enter accurate registration data, especially the full address which the goods are to be shipped to. The Seller has the obligation to execute the order as soon as possible after receipt. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the Buyer has repeatedly failed to fulfill its obligation to take goods and pay the purchase price.

4. Price and delivery terms
Seller charges prices, which are listed on his web site at the time of the order. Prices for goods are listed in Czech crowns, including VAT. Deliveries of the ordered goods will be carried out according to product availability and operational capacity of the Seller, up to one week after placing the order. Goods will be sent to the Buyer's address specified in the order or will be ready for pick up at Stary Jicin 34 (opening hours according working hours mentioned in the Contacts tab). In the case of a personal pick-up the goods can be paid cash. When purchasing goods, the customer can choose from several modes of freight transport: the Czech post (99 CZK VAT incl.) PPL (150 CZK VAT incl.) Packing is not charged in any case besides gift type wrapping. If the total purchase exceeds 1500Kč the postage is not charged either!

* Note. The prices apply to retail customers in the CR. If you are a customer of Slovakia, the price will be determined individually. For wholesale supply conditions are individual.

5. Warranty
The Buyer is obliged to check the packaging of the goods upon delivery if the items were not damaged during the transport. In the event of shipment damage, it is necessary that the Buyer checks the package content and see if the toys themselves are not damaged. The Buyers is obliged to inform the Seller about such a damage within 2 days after delivery. Later complaints caused by the shipment can not be accepted.The carrier is responsible for the damage to the goods by the shipping. In the case of warranty, please, contact us at our phone number, or send us an e-mail (see Contacts) Description of the complaint shall contain the following items: description of the goods claimed, the reason for complaint, date of purchase. The Buyer is required to provide the proof of payment (invoice, bill) along with the defective product. The Buyer must also submit the faulty article packed in its original packaging, including accessories. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear, product misuse, improper handling and storage. In case of non-repairable defects in manufacturing the goods will be replaced piece by piece, or refunded. The refunded amount does not include postage and handling. In the case of unjustified complaints goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

6. Returning goods
According to § 53 paragraph 7 of Law No. 40/1964 Coll. consumer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The intention to return goods please inform us first at our phone number or e-mail (see. Contacts). If you wish to return goods, send it back to our address listed in the Contacts section. Goods must be in original packaging, not used, shall be undamaged and complete (including all accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc.), with original proof of purchase. Please, send it back by registered mail and insured, since we are not liable for any loss during the transport. Returned items will not be accepted on delivery. The possibility of returning the purchased goods without giving any reason applies to goods picked up at the address listed in the Contacts tab. Customers lose the right to return goods without giving reason if the goods were presented to them prior the purchase. After returning the goods to our address, the price of goods (transport costs paid by the customer) will be paid by bank transfer or postal order (the customer’s option) within 5 working days.

7. Privacy Policy
By making the order the buyer gives consent for the further use of data processed in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data (Act No. 101/2000 Coll.) for an indefinite period . Seller agrees to follow this law and use all the information only for its internal needs, to protect data from misuse and not to provide these to any third party. Registration automatically provided the Buyer with agreement to receive regular update e-mails containing information on the on-line store Woto wooden toys. If the buyer does not wish to receive such information, he can terminate this service by sending an e-mail to the store e-mail address. The Seller is not obliged by the Law mentioned above only in case of unknown server’s offending (Hecker).

8. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions are valid in the range and the text that appears on the website of the Seller on the day of sending electronic orders. Participants agree to that unless the terms and conditions state otherwise, their rights and obligations are the subject of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code if the Buyer is an individual, and the Commercial Code if the Buyer is a legal entity. Depending on the change in relevant laws and trade policies of the company, the Seller reserves the right to change the business conditions. Such a change and its effectiveness is to be announce in an appropriate manner on its website. These terms and conditions are valid until new conditions are issued.
